A new organization, the same team spirit

Since September, a new production organization has been in place at our Challans (85) site, marking an important step in the evolution of our industrial tool.

 

Our teams successfully completed the 𝐝é𝐦é𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in August, to support the 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞 𝐝'𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

 

👉 Objectives:

– Better synchronize the production stages,

– Optimize every action,

– and guarantee that we meet our customers' deadlines.

 

This reorganization is accompanied by new investments:

🔹 Instalment of pallets to facilitate handling,

🔹 𝐀𝐦é𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐬é𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭é on each station,

🔹 And a 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞.

 

Beyond the technical aspects, this project has above all strengthened our 𝐜𝐨𝐡é𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:

All departments actively participated in this change, demonstrating once again the 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 that is the hallmark of VRAC PLUS 💪
