VRAC PLUS : new quality vehicles at the cutting edge of innovation 

Leader in the bulk livestock feed tank market, VRAC PLUS tanks are recognized for their quality, robustness and longevity.  

VRAC PLUS (TSCI and GUILLONNEAU) has been designing and manufacturing tanks for over 30 years. In 2020, the 2,000th tank left our workshops. 

The design of bulk tanks requires  significant know-how to meet the challenges of animal nutrition delivery.

At each stage of your project, your VRAC PLUS will be able to offer you a tailor-made solution  , in order to adapt your bulk animal nutrition tank to your operational constraints.

Our rigorous system for monitoring each project, regularly validated by  our ISO 9001 certifications and qualified UTAC certified operators , allows us to strictly respect each specification.

The precise planning of the two production sites guarantees  the manufacturing times announced when ordering.

Once fitted, livestock feed trucks are subject to strict regulatory monitoring: 

• A final to ensure compliance with the specifications imposed by the customer. 
• The signage imposed by road regulations is controlled (high visibility device, blind spots) . 
• Our quality manager certifies the conformity of the vehicle's bodywork. 
• Our “qualified operator” certification authorizes us to register semi-trailers or send the papers for registration of the undercarriage to your dealership. 

We agree on the delivery date together and we ensure user training by our teams. He can thus learn about all the vehicle's functionalities, try them out and ask all the necessary questions. He also meets the after-sales service team, which facilitates future relationships. 

 Available and experienced after-sales service

VRAC PLUS completes its offer with efficient and responsive after-sales service, provided by our experts. Our after-sales telephone assistance is available to answer all your questions: information, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting. 

If your tank is equipped with e-silo automation, we can  take control remotely and carry out its diagnosis.

We have 2 workshops capable of   maintaining and repairing, rebuilding and transferring your VRAC PLUS . Our partner garages come in relay across the national territory. 

A stock of spare parts, covering all the parts used in our projects, offers rapid repairs . We easily identify the parts to be changed on your vehicle using its OF number (: manufacturing order). Parts can be sent by standard parcel or express depending on your level of urgency. 

Once your vehicle is in operation, we will contact you again to  measure customer satisfaction and collect any future suggestions for improvement.

Used livestock   feed trucks reconditioned by us 

We regularly offer used vehicles: semi-trailer or carrier. Because our tanks are robust and have a long lifespan, we can offer a second life to our vehicles with the possibility of repair in the workshop.
