VRAC PLUS : new, high-quality vehicles at the forefront of innovation 

As a market leader in bulk livestock feed tanks, VRAC PLUS tanks are recognized for their quality, robustness and longevity.  

VRAC PLUS (TSCI and GUILLONNEAU) has been designing and manufacturing tanks for over 35 years. In 2020, the 2,000th tank left our workshops. 

The design of bulk tanks requires  significant expertise to meet the challenges of animal feed delivery.

At each stage of your project, your VRAC PLUS will be able to offer you a tailor-made solution  , in order to adapt your bulk animal feed tank to your operational constraints.

Our rigorous system for monitoring each project, regularly validated by  our ISO 9001 certifications and qualified UTAC certified operators , allows us to strictly adhere to each specification.

Precise planning of the two production sites guarantees  the manufacturing lead times announced at the time of ordering.

Once fitted with bodies, livestock feed trucks are subject to strict regulatory monitoring: 

• A final to ensure compliance with the specifications imposed by the client. 
• The signage required by road regulations is checked (high visibility device, blind spots) . 
• Our quality manager certifies that the vehicle's bodywork conforms to specifications. 
• Our "qualified operator" certification authorizes us to register semi-trailers or to transmit the documents for the registration of the chassis to your dealer. 

We agree on a delivery date together and our team provides user training. This allows the user to familiarize themselves with all the vehicle's features, test drive them, and ask any questions they may have. They also meet the after-sales service team, which helps facilitate future interactions.

VRAC PLUS complements its offering with efficient and responsive after-sales service, provided by our experts. Our customer support hotline is available to answer all your questions: information, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting. 

If your tank is equipped with e-silo automation, we can  take control remotely and diagnose it.

We have two workshops capable of   maintaining, repairing, rebuilding , and transferring your VRAC PLUS . Our partner garages provide support throughout the country. 

A comprehensive stock of spare parts, covering all components used in our repairs, allows for rapid troubleshooting . We can easily identify the parts that need replacing on your vehicle using its work order number. Parts can be shipped via standard or express delivery, depending on your urgency. 

Once your vehicle is up and running, we will get back in touch with you to  measure customer satisfaction and gather any future suggestions for improvement.

Used  livestock  feed trucks refurbished by us 

We regularly offer used vehicles: semi-trailers or rigid trucks. Because our tankers are robust and have a long lifespan, we can give our vehicles a second life with the possibility of refurbishment in our workshop.
