TSCI is 35 years old! From its beginnings in a small Breton workshop to its position as the French leader in bulk goods, our company has grown while remaining true to its values: listening to the customer, useful innovation and tailor-made quality.

🛠️ The origins (1990–2000): the passion for the profession
On June 18, 1990, TSCI was founded in Plélo , Côtes-d'Armor, in a former printing works converted into a workshop. The mission was already clear: to design custom bulk tanks for animal feed .
From the earliest years, three pillars structure our DNA:
- Listening to the field and end users,
- Complete customization of each tank,
- Useful innovation , embodied by our first technological advances: "All in the silo" fan, chain conveyors, automation…
In 1993, the current Plélo factory was inaugurated.
And in 1998, a strategic partnership with Carrosserie GUILLONNEAU led to the creation of VRAC PLUS , under the leadership of Christian Blais and Yvonnick Guillonneau . The venture took on a new dimension.
🚀 The 2000s–2010s: Controlled Growth
This decade is one of reasoned industrial development.
The Plélo workshop is expanding, production rates are increasing, but never at the expense of quality .
Two key figures are joining the team:
- Nolwenn , who structures the business relationship,
- Séverine , who optimizes production.
Innovations continue:
- Improved scraper screw,
- Reinforced hydraulics,
- Increased security on equipment.
We obtained ISO 9001 certification and UTAC qualification in 2007.
In 2010, TSCI's 20th anniversary was celebrated with our clients and partners.
🌍 2010–2025: Industrial, technological and commercial growth
This period marks a true change of scale.
In 2013, a new logo symbolized the successful union between TSCI and GUILLONNEAU.
Our industrial facilities have been optimized for greater efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.
We are launching major innovations :
- V+V : 2 hydraulically controlled steering axles,
- E-silo : automation and securing of unloading,
- V+ HYDRO : hydraulic drive via tractor,
- Motorized tarpaulin covering and enhanced security.
Our reach is expanding internationally : Belgium, Switzerland, Maghreb, Eastern Europe.
We also invest in the transmission of know-how :
- Partnerships with technical high schools,
- Collaboration with the CFAI of Plérin ,
- Hosting European apprentices and trainees with Erasmus+ .
