For almost 10 years, the VRAC PLUS group (TSCI – GUILLONNEAU), French leader in bulk animal nutrition tanks, has offered an innovative automation and security offer called e-silo. These modules are implemented using an industrial automaton with exclusive characteristics.

With more than 200 equipped tanks, the e-silo offer, popular with the various animal nutrition players, is today the benchmark on the bulk bodywork market. During the back-to-school 2022 trade fairs (SPACE, Sommet de l’Élevage, TECHNOTRANS), VRAC PLUS presented a completely redesigned e-silo offer.

In collaboration with a designer and ergonomist, the VRAC PLUS technical department worked on more intuitive use thanks to a modernized graphic interface.

We have added new features taking into account user experience. In particular, manual mode and switching from one piece of equipment to another are simplified.

This new version allows direct access to information from the auxiliary engine via its CAN link and allows planning of preventive maintenance.

We have retained everything that made the e-silo offer successful: the comfort of use of the 10'' screen, automatic speed regulation, route monitoring, the possibility of securing deliveries by RFID or by QR CODE. Finally, remote support and diagnosis by our VRAC PLUS after-sales service experts are always available.
