VRAC PLUS exhibits its know-how in Auvergne lands
Le groupe VRAC PLUS était présent au Sommet de l’élevage du 5 au 8 octobre 2021 (Cournon d’Auvergne – Puy de Dôme 63). VRAC PLUS était sur un emplacement extérieur, afin de présenter un ensemble porteur et remorque avec des caractéristiques uniques.
There were many meetings: it was a pleasure to see our clients again and especially to discuss their professions and activities.
L’ensemble porteur + remorque exposé était aux couleurs de la société JAMBON Alimentation animale, client de longue date de la TSCI – VRAC PLUS.
JAMBON Animal Feed is a company based in Murat and located in the Massif Central.

La société JAMBON Alimentation animale avait un cahier des charges spécifique. Monsieur Berthon, responsable logistique, nous détaille quelques-unes de ses caractéristiques :
“We are developing our business around the Cantal region and had been planning a truck and trailer combination for a few years. It was essential that this combination be the most suitable for our business and our region.”.
VRAC PLUS avait une forte expérience du camion remorque. Une de nos demandes était d’avoir un modèle de vis silo sur la remorque à l’identique du porteur. Cette configuration nous permettra de livrer en vis en restant attelé en élevage. En plaçant le porteur en parallèle à la remorque, nous pouvons également charger les compartiments de la remorque dans le porteur. C’est un gain en logistique : le porteur peut partir en solo et accéder à des endroits difficiles.
Another request was to have e-silo automation on the tankers, identical to the previous bodied vehicles. VRAC PLUS had not yet developed this module for its trailers
The e-silo offer is implemented using an on-board automation system equipped with a 10" industrial touchscreen. Particularly ergonomic, the driver can see the progress of their delivery at a glance and monitor the smooth running of deliveries through a very intuitive interface.
Géraud Serre, operational manager of the Jambon group, explains:
"E-silo automation makes the use of tanks easier and allows us to have a history of deliveries (time stamp of opening and closing of hatches, cleanings Everything in the silo).
Nous avons créé une activité d’aliment biologique dans le Cantal. Dans ces filières, la traçabilité des aliments est indispensable. C’est encore plus important avec 9 compartiments ! »
Finally, the icing on the cake is that the total payload approaches 26 tonnes thanks to the screw scraper configuration, exclusive to VRAC PLUS and an optimized design.
Throughout the 4 days, many clients and visitors were impressed by this collection, which was particularly well showcased in the aisles of the show.
