A tailor-made semi-trailer for Tarisien transport

At the start of summer, we welcomed Jimmy Tarisien, professional in bulk animal nutrition transport in Vendée, for the delivery of his new 3-axle semi-trailer to the VRAC PLUS – TSCI site in Plélo (22).

 

 

The story began more than 14 years ago, when Jimmy Tarisien joined the company of his uncle Jacques Marolleau, then director of Val d'Argent transport in Vendée.

“I started with a VRAC PLUS – Guillonneau semi-trailer when I was an employee in my uncle's company. For my first new bulk animal nutrition semi-trailer, I naturally trusted the manufacturer VRAC PLUS that I knew, and with whom I had already worked for several years. »

VRAC PLUS teams worked in close collaboration with Jimmy, and equipped his semi-trailer with extraction using large diameter scraper screws – exclusive to the VRAC PLUS . This configuration allows it to have a large tank volume, a lowered center of gravity and an optimized empty weight.

 

With his tractor attached, Jimmy's road package reaches a payload of almost 28 tonnes!

“For the independence of my semi-trailer from my tractor, I opted for a PERKINS . Compliant with the Stage V standard and water-cooled, this engine is less polluting. »

The VRAC PLUS group salutes the personal initiative of Jimmy Tarisien: the rear of the semi-trailer is in the color of the “La Chevauchée arc-en-ciel” association.

This association was created in memory of Juline, to collect donations to help the search for treatments for pediatric cancers and to offer moments of happiness to children in palliative care. An action that we can only honor.
