In particular, the For Farmers factory, for which he works, requires him to deliver a lot of pelleted or flaked feed using a blower (pneumatic equipment).
“For my business, we installed a large-volume airlock and an oil cooler on the semi-trailer. The large airlock allows for optimized flow. The oil cooler improves efficiency, as the oil heats up less when delivering large batches of blower parts. Finally, the mechanical system prevents the mixing that is usually found with pressurized tanks.”.
Mr. Aernoudt opted for a semi-trailer with an auxiliary engine. The installed auxiliary engine allows him to operate the semi-trailer independently of his tractor. All functions are controlled via the remote control : the tank functions (silo auger orientation, auxiliary engine and auger start/stop, work lights) as well as the chassis functions (liftable first axle and steerable third axle ). These functions are very user-friendly and allow for quick and easy maneuvering.
VRAC PLUS semi-trailer is also a guarantee of reliability and durability over time : "I only have one vehicle in operation: I can't afford to have it out of service for long.
