VRAC PLUS tankers ensure the quality of the transported products
Ensuring the quality of delivered products is essential in the animal nutrition sector. VRAC PLUS tankers have features (extraction screw, hatch and tank design) that provide these guarantees from the factory to the farmer's silo or delivery point.
For example, VRAC PLUS has eliminated the cylinders and hoses inside the compartments. Thanks to these features, you limit the risk of food contamination by hydraulic oil. The compartments are free of all accessories, clean and unenclosed, facilitating cleaning and reducing product retention.
The compartment hatches are also airtight, in order to avoid the risk of contamination between foods.
VRAC PLUS also incorporates technical features into its bodywork that allow for:
- the cleaning of the conveyors by fan (system "All In the silo"), which makes it possible to clean the residues remaining in the screws.
- the external cleanliness of the tank (fairing of walkway elements and tank bottoms).
Increase productivity and quality with VRAC PLUS tanks
VRAC PLUS bodies have been recognized for many years for their unloading performance thanks to their extraction auger. The scraper augers offer an even better unloading rate thanks to their new diameters. The weight and volume advantages that have made this configuration so successful are, of course, retained.
VRAC PLUS also offers increasingly innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the animal nutrition industry and improve productivity:
- The unloading of transported goods is fully monitored via a 10" touchscreen. This solution, called e-silo, provides your driver with greater ease of use, thanks to a clear overview of the tanker's functions. The e-silo system also tracks operations performed on the vehicle. Therefore, if you need to review a delivery route, you can easily do so by accessing the event log.
- Deliveries can also be secured to limit the risk of delivery errors. This traceability is achieved through silo recognition via RFID tags or QR codes: you can therefore be certain that the correct compartment is delivered to the correct silo.
