Leader in the bulk tanker market for livestock feed, VRAC PLUS tanks are recognised for their quality, robustness and longevity.

VRAC PLUS (TSCI and GUILLONNEAU) has been designing and manufacturing tanks for over 30 years. In 2020, the 2,000th tanker left our workshops.

The design of bulk tanks requires significant know-how to meet the challenges of delivering animal nutrition.

At each stage of your project, your VRAC PLUS contact person will be able to offer you a tailor-made solution, in order to adapt your bulk animal feed tank to your operational constraints.

Our rigorous system of monitoring each project, regularly validated by our ISO 9001 certifications and UTAC-certified qualified operators, allows us to strictly respect each specification.

The precise planning of the two production sitesThe precise planning of the two production sites guarantees the production times announced at the time of the order.

Once the body has been fitted, the feed trucks are subjected to are subject to à strict regulatory monitoring:

• A final final to ensure compliance with the specifications imposed by the client.
• The signage required by road regulations is checked (high visibility device, blind spot).
• Our quality manager certifies the conformity of the vehicle body.
• Our "qualified operator" certification authorises us to carry out the registration of semi-trailers or to transmit the papers for the registration of the chassis-carrier to your dealer.

Together we agree on the delivery date and the user is trained by our teams. This allows the user to get to know all the functions of the vehicle, try them out and ask any questions. He also meets the after-sales team, which facilitates future relations.

An after-sales service available and experienced

VRAC PLUS completes its offer with an efficient and reactive after-sales service, provided by our experts. Our after-sales hotline is available to answer all your questions: information, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting.

If your tank is equipped with e-silo automation, we can remotely take over and diagnose it.

We have 2 workshops capable ofmaintaining and repairing, rebuilding and transferring your VRAC PLUS tanks. Our partner garages are available nationwide.

A stock of spare parts, covering all the parts used in our products, offers rapid repairs. We can easily identify the parts to be changed on your vehicle thanks to its OF number (manufacturing order). The parts can be sent in standard or express parcels according to your degree of urgency.

Once your vehicle is up and running, we will contact you again to measure customer satisfaction and collect any future suggestions for improvement.

From camions d'second-hand cattle feed reconditioned by us

We regularly offer second-hand vehicles: semi-trailers or rigids. Because our tanks are robust and long-lasting, we can offer a second life to our vehicles with the possibility of repairing them in the workshop.
