Our painting process follows a strict procedure that has been established for many years:

• Disassociation of the tank from its frame, disassembly of the parts (ladder, railing), for a better uniformity and application,
• Preparation of the various elements to be painted,
• Application of a primer,
• Application of 2 coats of polyurethane paint on the tank, chassis and parts,

 

High-performance production tools and a qualified workforce ensure that your project is handled with the utmost care, from the time you place your order until it is delivered to our workshop by our trainer.

In Plélo, a paint booth commissioned in 2018 has the latest technology. It was designed according to our specifications, our performance requirements, and in response to the increase in activity.
