logos-tsci-guillonneau

VRAC PLUS is a family group situated in the West of France, the cradle of animal nutrition. Vrac plus unitedt TSCI and Guillonneau since 1998 and manufactures its own bulk on 2 production sites:

  • 1 site of 6000 m2 in Plélo in Brittany

  • 1 site of 3500 m2 in Challans in the Vendée

100 specialists are involved in the production of almost 100 sets per year, both for the national and export markets.

We are a designer and manufacturer of tankers. This means that we are responsible for the development and production of our bodies.

Our production teams are committed to producing tanks of the highest quality and robustness. No less than 8 complementary trades take turns on each site: automation engineer, designer, boilermaker, electrician, hydraulic engineer, mechanic, painter and welder.

This guarantees theefficiency, productivity and quality of VRAC PLUS tanks.

We periodically invest in our production tools. The latest major investments important investments are :

  • New paint booth in 2018

  • Extension of the Plélo workshop in 2019

Further investments are planned in the coming years.

CSR: VRAC PLUS, a committed player

Companies in general, and VRAC PLUS in particular, have a major responsibility to society. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) formalizes the company's commitment as an active player in society:

  • social cohesion (partnerships with schools, local communities, etc.)
  • social cohesion (quality of life at work, health and safety initiatives, HR policy)
  • environmental protection (energy efficiency, waste management, etc.)

The CSR approach launched at VRAC PLUS involves taking concrete action as an integral part of the company's strategy.

As a beneficiary of the CSR commitment charter issued by the UIMM (Union des Industries et Métiers de la Métallurgie), this certificate illustrates the commitment of the VRAC PLUS group to a frame of reference supporting a global industrial performance approach. It was awarded following an assessment carried out by a consultant accredited by the professional branch, attesting to VRAC PLUS' commitment to implementing progress actions on CSR themes.

VRAC PLUS is also a signatory of the "Industriel engagé pour mon territoire" charter, which reflects its commitment to a voluntary approach that promotes shared values of industrial solidarity, reinforces the local purchasing reflex and encourages sharing within the regional industrial network.

Since 2019, VRAC PLUS installs on its trailers a auxiliary engine that is less polluting for the environment, meeting the anti-pollution standards (stage V standard).
